The 1:1 session was difficult at first as I had strong emotions on arrival, but soon I dropped into my body and the gentle guidance from Paulina into experiencing the present moment sensations as they were and exploring those was helpful and insightful. I soon forgot about external sounds; my neck pain and shoulder aches soon dissolved into a more overall awareness of my whole self. It was a very compassionate and beautiful practice with gentle use of language and explanation throughout.”
